He should have been kept at the club instead of sent on loan that year to Fulham. Same thing with Galloway last year, the development of both was stunted. Both now pretty useless to the club.

If lads cant take the chances offered to them its not the clubs fault really.

If players are gonna make it, they normally make it, if they dont, theres many reasons why not, but its mostly down to the players.
