Keep twisting the argument, Robles has played most games on merit this season when we won most games!

I am not twisting the argument Joe.

I am trying to make you see that Joel hasn't been rated by two Everton managers...otherwise he would have claimed the first choice spot by now. There has to be something they are seeing that doesn't give them the confidence in him.

I am not arguing the merits of their play on the pitch. I will defer to the manager on this as I don't rate either of his choices.

Leaden footed Stek on two occasions today. Just stood and watched as the ball sailed past him. Thankfully both chances went over or wide.

Today was a dreadful exhibition of goalkeeping by Stek.

I am convinced he would never have been dropped and but for his injury would have played every league game this season and we would be quite a few points worse off.

And frankly he was awful on the goal. Instead of dealing with a lofted centre, he runs along the goal line just arriving too late
but then bravely throws himself into the goal.

Jags and Barry were poor on the goal too.

...Lorente's strength is in the air, attacking the ball from a yard out I fear he'd always have the edge on any of our defenders. If the ball is on one side of the box the goalie has to have his near post covered, he was always going to struggle with anything lifted to the back stick. The lad did brilliantly to make a little space to deliver a fine cross, if there is any blame it would have to be on not blocking the cross.

he has been dropped unfairly for three games - resut is we have gained one point with the Stek making calamitos mistakes 3 games = 1 point!
I rest my case mlord!

A little unsighted for the goal but was pretty good yesterday. Has rewarded Koeman's faith in him

*relaxed and thoughtful

At the start of the season he played very well, did everything, came for crosses, bossed his box...looked the real deal, plenty (me for 1) were laughing at the low fee we stuck to Fulham
But once the initial burst of keenness...maybe his 2 Pen saves went to his head and he thought he had this PL stuff sorted...had faded, he seemed to drift back to his usual 2nd @Fulham attitude.

did he start to struggle when the team did?
I can't get how he was good then poor, I know you can lose form, but I keep thinking he's got his contract and is not trying.
Sudden loss of form or CBA'd...I'm thinking the latter

Edit; Aided and abetted by those in front of him
