Mate McCarthy is not good enough to start, thats been proven now over two years, he's either a squad player or sold
 
can't blame him for the goal, he made a great save for it to be a corner in the first place. Would be very harsh on him to be on the bench next game if we have a new keeper in by then

You cant rely on any gk to be fair they all have their flaws from what ive seen hes a good solid keeper, he might have been at fault but swings and roundabouts he kept us in the game last week and earned us a point.

Take it up with the manager. Apparently he's supposed to be a good one. I'll go with what he says until he proves himself to know sweet fa.

I'd rather have Stekwhatever than Hart, that's for sure. But I'd sooner have a top class GK in who's going to do it week in and week out. I dont see why we should settle on a second string gk at S'ton, tbh.

I don't think we should settle, but he has been top class in the first two games hasn't he? Always want to improve this position if possible though.

mccarthy was martinezs midfield phenomenal superman dave isnt going to slate him same as he wont martinez.

Because he is playing well and hasn't given any indication that he's not good enough for us?

Wouldn't say 'top class' mate. Robles did well last season when he came in but never in a million years would anyone call him a starting GK.

11 days in the window left...let's not arse about. Get in there and grab Timo Horn from Cologne or whatever.
