My opinion is thus

If he keeps this form going, I'm fine with him staying in at #1

If we do bring in another keeper, then fair enough, but he shouldn't just walk into the team. Stekky will have to have a bad run of form first

He's had two games where he's done well. Until he has a couple of stinkers, I don't think it's fair to drop him

From what I saw he was certainly fouled today but those who seem to have an axe to grind against him won't be convinced as it doesn't suit their arguments, everyone has opinions and that's mine. This lad is more reliable that what we've had over recent seasons so at least give him to Christmas and spend our funds to reinforce other positions in the team. What we should be doing is scouting young keepers not spending a fortune on Joe 'oops' Hart who is a third choice keeper for a reason, no doubt he continues to cock up in training hence PG is happy to see the back of him

Dont wish to turn this into a Howard bashing thread, but he never opened his mouth, ive never seen a GK command his box worse than Howard, so Stickleback is like a breath of fresh air for me.

Just look back at the first few pages of this thread and realise that two performances have taken him from our third choice reserve to being better than Hart!! The guy has come far!!!
