Based on two games, the Stek looks boss. Based on a season, who knows? We get Hart and we will never know for sure, as Hart will automagically be installed as 1st choice. Still, would be more reassured having Stek on the bench than any other. Good performance today, and last week, so no complaints here.

Would be harsh to say he was at fault for their goal, you could say he was outmuscled but it was difficult for him to move with the player backing right into him like that and he's ended up on the floor, could have maybe had a free kick but wasn't given. Saved two shots from great chances for them that they would have thought they would've scored . Another reassuring performance from him, so far so good.
....that's what happens when you get the angles right and spread you body, it was a fine save and he's produced a few of those in similar situations.

Loads of people slated him because he came from Southampton, been forced out at Fulham, while ignoring the fact he'd played for Holland as first choice for years, reaching a World Cup final and has Champions League experience.

Football really is a cut throat business. Joel looked like he would be given a shot at playing this season, Stek comes in and pushes him out. Looks like Hart will now come in and do the same.

Me too, he's played really well and if we did get Hart he would lose his place and will feel sorry for him plus we wouldn't get to see how good he is. I'd like to see how he gets on for the season and go from there.
