I think second half we'll slaughter them. My guess is 0-5 at the end. Obviously the "better team" will lose, though. But that's football. :D

It's been poor but it's what I expected, there's no room to play really. We are still trying to pass it though, Arteta and Neville are giving the defenders an outball. We just lack a bit of creativity in the final third.

Hibbert, Jags and Lescott have all looked shaky. Baines has been excellent but he hasn't really been tested defensively. His link up with Pienaar is our most creative move at the moment.

Great finish by Ossie, similar to Gareth Farrelly's against Coventry. Keep it up Blues, keep battling.

HT Arsenal 0-0 Plymouth
HT Chelsea 1-0 Southend
HT Coventry 0-0 Kidderminster
HT Forest Green 2-2 Derby
HT Hull 0-0 Newcastle
HT Kettering 1-0 Eastwood Town
HT Macclesfield 0-1 Everton
HT Man City 0-2 Nottm Forest
HT Middlesbrough 1-0 Barrow
HT Portsmouth 0-0 Bristol City
HT Sheff Wed 1-1 Fulham
HT Sunderland 0-0 Bolton
HT West Brom 0-0 Peterborough
HT West Ham 2-0 Barnsley

LOL at the Man City Score...at home too - Hughes will be fired by the 10th.

It was always going to be [Poor language removed]. We're not going to break a leg trying and Macclesfield are going to treat it as their biggest match ever. Watch a couple of more goals go in and Everton will get into a stride and we'll see some nice stuff. I hope.

Haha. I'm surprised he's still there now. I bet he is too.

well apart from ossie and his goal , i think this match is as dull as dishwater.

ive seen more commitment from our lads in a pre season freindly training warm up.

bring on the kissock gosling and rodwell and give them some experience.
becouse playing arteta pienaar and cahill now seems pointless and perhaps reckless in this match .

After last year the team are obviously nervy about being embarrased again. Now that we don't need to score again we'll relax and score at least a couple more (Mike Parry said 3-0 and I'm inclined to agree with him) (y)

Agreed, I think the goal will settle us down now, I hope so anyway.

who the hell was that fat analyst... he said "everton were impressive against sunderland but they're not normally an impressive side, they just get the job done"
