Could you explain while trying to defend myself from verbal abuse from no provacation on my part i was suspended for a week?

Then to make matters worse, the ban message from mick was "I warned you". He warned me to stop taking abuse, surely he should have done something about this abuse.

Having read the Halewood Banned thread, the comment from Mick himself seems to indicate there was a pre meditated agenda behind my suspension.

Bruce, dear Bruce, isn't there a slight flaw in there? lets gloss over "undue amount" and get to the real nuts and bolts...

If an individual, or a set of individuals, (a group no less) decided they didn't like someone, then couldn't they (the group) work together and complain enough to amass so much work for the mods/admins that they could force the easiest option to be to remove the individual the group are complaining about. A removal by proxy, if you will.

That such rules are advertised could possibly be cited as a potential reason for this (alleged) lapse being abused already.

In effect, how many times does a lie need repeating for it to become the truth?

Give the Admins/Mods a bit more credit than that.

If it was a group of people winding up HB, him reacting, and then that group pointing to his reaction as the problem, I'm confident that the decision makers could see that fairly easily.

We're not perfect by any means, but I'm confident in saying that Danny, Dylan, mods, etc., use common sense when it comes to these types of decisions.

Well, not that I am making accusations, because its all hypothetical so far - so far as im concerned, but...

how big does a group have to be? how many complaints are required?

Im not pointing any fingers, and appreciate the difficulty of mod duty, but when does a ton of paperwork (E-paperwork or otherwise) become appetising? The bigger the pond, the bigger the shoals. agreed?

Couldn't tell you that but we've been doing this long enough to know when a situation needs to be addressed and when it doesn't. There's no hard and fast amount of complaints that need to be heard to warrant action.

He was absolutely amazing and by far my favourite poster on here of all time.

The management should placate us and halt the revolution by contacting him and inviting him back on. Like they did with Miss Malice.

The people have spoken here.
