No doubt we will be the team that turns them back to winning ways. Dyche doesn't know how to win a game of football, only park the bus and that is due to bite us up the ass again very soon.

Send in Everton.

They struggle when they lose the ball and a team gets at them with pace. We have no real pace to get at them though.

Not sure if we can go there and win but could easily see the game ending 0-0 if we defend well enough.

It's a shame we're so poor attacking wise because if we manage to score first here City will lose their heads and we can play Dycheball all day.

We've managed to keep Arsenal and Chelsea out, so hoping for at least a 0-0.

No I mean the fact that we havent beaten them for 7 years suggests a LOT, to me.

Well apart from them being ten times better than us even when they are on a poor run.
I thought I was supposed to be the miserable one on here.

These are absolutely ripe for the taking here, if we play anything like we did v Chelsea. We will beat these, my worry is the games come thick and fast now and can we cope with the intense defensive pressure we play, of course I expect a defeat. I’m an Evertonian.

I live in eternal hope.

Realistically, I see nothing to suggest we get a win here.

But then nobody expected Buster Douglas to win either.

Expect nothing, then if we get something, its extra special, thats been my view regarding games against City for years now.

Sure their form is stinking, but we aint playing like the Harlem Globetrotters either yano.

If we can frustrate them, Pep might lose his head and put himself on.

I watched them against Villa and they struggled against all of the things we can't do unfortunately. No one in our side can deliver defence splitting passes, nor can they even make a run to get on the end of one. We're just too awkward and slow in possession to hurt them.

It's actually a game I doubt Dyche is looking forward to. He'd much rather set us up against a high flying side. He knows there's an onus on him to get something from this game against a very vulnerable City and that's something he'll struggle with.

Be same team apart from the forced changed at rb ,again just hopefully this takeover has given the squad a lift, if fit mcneil prob comes back in and well no chance patterson comes in at rb so be coleman.
