My thoughts.

1) We are struggling with creativity. when we did attack the ball to the striker in the bex seemed to always go to a city defender. To the point that they didnt even need to work for the ball, just wait for us to give it to them. Alternatilvely Barkley ran into trouble and lost the ball.

2) Red cards affected the game. Pen was never a pen and as much as we want to complain, that is all football these days sadly.

3) Why do we pass the ball to our fastest player when he is stood still? Should there be some sort of idea or tactic to give it to him when he is running?

4) Eto'o is by far our best player talent wise. Has really shone for me when he is on the pitch

5) We need to drop Eto'o. he is wasted playing as whatever role he is currently in, we need him to come off the bench provide and option, currently we have no attacking alternative because they are all on the pitch!

Your 4 and 5 are really intriguing. Genuinely! I agree that there is something special about Eto'o. Feels like he is on a bit of mission here. Or showboating. Or has something to prove. Whatever it it. I found his pre-match team talk pretty powerful. Like Naismith, he seems to be really up for it and the rest of our players need a lot more of that. But, as you suggest, he actually isn't as effective over 90 minutes as he can be off the bench. Getting the best out of him is a real challenge. I actually love the way Bobby is trying to use him in a deeper role and I think he relishes this new role. Some of his passes were errant against City, but his vision is really incredible.

The bit in bold could quite easily be a city fan describing their performance tbf. The major difference being they'd have started or finished their post with the words ''happy with the 3 points''.
I certainly would have been! I'd take 3 points from QPR on monday any which way we play
