Toss up between Cleverely and Kone wide left. McCarthy has to play, fully fit or not.

I'd go with that.

I do think he's going to find room for either Cleverley or Kone though. Lennon will give Baines better protection but I think Kone being there does something for Lukaku's game and he'll get a goal if Kone is there...even if Kone doesn't do that much himself. We'll need to score one to stand a chance. Lennon on later if we have something to hold onto.

Also wonder if we've ever tried wingbacks before? Wonder how Baines and Coleman at WB, Stones Jags and Mori as the 3 CBs, Barry at DM, Barkley and Deu in advanced midfield and Lukaku/Kone up front would work out. Apparently is really effective for high pressing and sounds great on paper - not sure if this is a game to be fiddling about with our tactics though.
