City put so much pressure on when they dont have the ball. We haven't helped ourselves either tho. Their goal solely due to errors rather than good play. Sounds crazy but I think we should put richarlison up top with dcl, walcott on the right and take a cb off.

Richarlison had a great chance to put us 1 up mate, we've been cack, sloppy with the ball, no movement, second to every ball, ref has been okay, nothing contentious, only 2 players to put in a performance 1st half are Pickford and Zouma.

We are in this but we need our wingers to actually threaten to create something and Richarlison is going inside like he does so he isn't doing it and Bernard is still linking well in midfield and not delivering much in the final third

If not for silly mistakes it could very well be 0-0 and without many chances from both sides, so still an OK half. Mina should come off, Davies should come on and typical 4-2-3-1 should be played from now on

Our midfield and defense need to realize they get 1 touch to control and 1 touch to move it or the ball has to go long. These don't mess about with the pressing.

Personally, I don’t like playing a back 5 because the CBs invariably look uncomfortable and it’s an almighty struggle getting up the pitch, especially once the opposition score.
