i've had it with martinez he has to go and go soon. the football we play is so frustrating and watching everton now would bore you to tears. change badly needed.

......it sounds like a ramble, it sounds like he just doesn't know what to say, it sounds like he's not in control.

We were the better team before the soft goal...then we couldnt get back into it yet could have got points if jags had scored...

Its not that difficult to follow is it ?

I think hes right, before the goal we were on top.

Maybe but how many saves did De Gea make?
One more than Robles and he should have been picking the ball out of his net with a 4 yard sitter. I am not defending our league position but let's not think we just lied down here we should have got at least a draw, yet quotes on here make it look as if we were outplayed or just accepted defeated - United manager himself acknowledged they got lucky yet part of our fan base don't do logical and would prefer to rant whatever.

The sad thing is that if we had scored todsy and got a draw, playing out the same game people would still be writing the exact same thing.....our keeper had less to do than de gea and we lost due to an individual error.

We played a £250mil+ team away from home and could hve easily come away with the points

....but we failed to create. Possession doesn't necessarily mean we are on top, you have to do something with the ball.

United scraped results like that all season. Lack of spark up front last two games but still deserved a draw and I didn't see this lack of effort some people are talking about.
Their manager said they stole it and he's not known for being over critical of his own team.
We look a lot more solid over last couple of months but need a lot more options to change the game going forward.

I'm sorry guys. I respect every one of the posters on this forum and I'm absolutely not looking to get into an argument here so please don't misunderstand. I posted on a different thread about how it makes me angry when the team simply don't seem to know what the plan is and don't appear the least bit committed. And, lo and behold, that's the team that turned up today. Players out of position. No closing down. Zero attempt to put a tackle in (Barkley, mate, looking at you in particular). Opposition players appearing to just walk through the defence. And Everton players getting caught in possession and then just walking, rather than trying to fight for the ball. I've utterly had it with this. Blame the players, yes. Blame the Manager, definitely. Are we going to be happy with this, or does something need to change? Rhetorical. I know it seems unfair, but the book stops with the Manager and board. Can't sack the whole team. Can sack the Manager. And bring someone in who'll light a fire under the arses of this so called "best team since the eighties". Martinez out, please.

Could Martinez get the boot before semi?
No way..... (?)

Absolutely way.

We have three more games before a week in which we go to both The Pit and Wembley.

This team seems to be in demob mode already.......if this drift is allowed to continue for the next ten days imagine what the mood is going to be kick at Goodison against Saints, just days before the biggest pair of games in our season.

It is more than possible we will not win one of the next three games and I for one do not see Bobby being able to lift them for the big one.

Buck him out now and stick Big Joe in until the season's end.

That way we will stand a chance of lifting the Cup.
