I think it looks like he's lost the dressing room in all honesty. Players just aren't trying... Seems to me. The dropped heads, Unable to pass a ball, No movement off the ball. We looked like a team already relegated yesterday. Worrying times ahead me thinks.
I know it would be classed as knee Jerkin 2 months ago but he has to go. The players are deffo not enjoying they're football and the fans aint enjoying watching.

This is exactly what I have been thinking. I reckon he has lost the players.1st time last night while watching Everton in OZ or anywhere in the world in fact that I had enough at half time.I didnt see any desire in the players..Ashamed to say I turned the laptop off at half time but it has come to this
We look clueless

I think fans of every club overestimate their own players. I certainly don´t believe that our squad is as special as everyone seems to think. Lukaku is the only exceptional player we have, with Stones a massive prospect. The rest are good but no better than what clubs like West ham, Southampton or Stoke have.
Yes. And if its a relatively level playing field in the Premier League it then comes down to team work, desire, Managers tactics and know how, and a bit of luck with injuries etc. Predominantely we appear to lack most of those at the moment. Man Utd are no great shakes by comparison to past glories, but they defended well yesterday and shut us down with relative ease.

He was doing the right thing, and not criticising Coleman individually. We deserved at least a draw today, but you don't always get what you deserve. Thought Geri played well, and did some fair defending as well. Lennon had a quieter game than usual, but tried hard. Mirallas is a waste of space and I cannot understand the love in for him on here. Hope he's played his last for Everton. Play Geri till the end of the season and watch his confidence grow.MOM the skipper.
Geri did play well yesterday (by comparison to the rest). Thought he shouldn't have been subbed first. Lennon, who has been very good recently, wasn't as effective yesterday. So for me, he and not Geri shouldve gone first. Mirallas is a problem. Quite like him when he conjours up some magic, but when he's off his game he can be really poor. Don't think he sees eye to eye with RM.

There was no silence mate.

We sang "Everton" while ManU did their stuff with Charlton. The flags were lightweight plastic and were just thrown at random as a "wtf are these" kind of thing, which probably wasn't a great thing to do but noone was throwing them at disabled fans, though some probably ended up in that area.

Incidentally, putting the flags in the away end wasn't that bright. Noone wanted one as a souvenir, why would we, so they were all over the place including the steps on the way out.
Sorry guys I realise by silence I obviously made a mistake there! The clapping and such.

But thanks for the clarity under what happened, I had just been informed by my auntie and uncle who work for man United that the Everton fans were particularly disrespectful and they were extremely upset and surprised with the circumstances.

Thanks for clearing some stuff up though.

Your countless rude and off topic posts i think show your agenda here. Totally out of order.
Yet nothing from the mods about me being rude or off topic. Maybe you're wrong? You know, like when you said you expected us to come 8th this season and Martinez has us in line with your expectations... except we're 12th. It's very ON topic.

Getting sick of reading your daft illogical posts all with the same agenda driven nonsense and all over the place.
What agenda? What daft posts? What's illogical? You've made a strong emotive statement there pal. Back it up? YOU made some daft illogical posts straight after the final whistle yesterday - I pointed them out and explained that some people might deem them WUM material. That's how this whole posting thing works - you make a statement and back it up, others then respond in kind. (NB: THAT was condescending. See the difference?)

As for this particular stroke of genius clearly you dont even acknowledge that the season isnt over yet but still try and write in a condescending manner to me.
I clearly stated that Martinez has six games left in this season. That's open, direct acknowledgement. It's not condescending.

Youve already said i shouldnt be posting on this forum, where do you get off?
Actually I said that your comments, moments after the final whistle, that we "played well, and got a good result against a £250m team" were not really a good idea. I asked you to leave them out for a couple of HOURS. At no point did I say you shouldn't be posting on the forum.

Why even reply to posts unrelated to you simply to try and insult me?
Given the insults you're throwing at me, that's a little ironic. However, I haven't insulted you. Nor was I aware that I have to wait for an invitation from you to rely to a post on this forum.

Disgraceful attitude.
Happy to let the rest of the forum judge who's being disgraceful. I think you're in for a shock.

Our top players will want away... The paying fans are dissatisfied.... I like the man but he at least has to take things back to basics or show he can turn this around. He states the home form is poor and now are away form looks no better, What needs to happen for this fella to be axed.... Relegation?? I guarantee he wont want to stay then.. Look at Wigan ffs. He was quick to say he wasn't the man to fight that fight. Come on!!!

At one point in the season that actually bothered me. Not too bothered now. Of course Lukaku will be difficult to replace but with the money now at our disposal, we may even be able to bring in 2 quality strikers to get 12-15 goals a season rather than just having 1 who can get 25-30. And as good as he is, he doesn't have much respect for us fans or the club either so i'd happily take the money if he does want to leave.

The other 3 who are full of potential - Stones, Barkley and Deulofeu are not truly top players yet. Again, if clubs want to take a gamble on them then we'll get big money for the first 2 and they can be replaced.

The rest of the squad just isn't as good as we initially believed.

Even with the poor management in the past 2 seasons, if this group of players were as good as we hoped, they wouldn't be down in 12th, and they wouldn't fail to do the basics week in week out. Lukaku failing to score penalties at 2-0 up, Mirallas getting himself sent off petulantly TWICE, Coleman not being able to clear the ball with his favoured foot, the team throwing away 2 goal leads 3 times in the second half of matches etc. Too many of our players have let the team down time and time again and we've paid the price.

The manager has to go at the end of the season too.
