Swap Deulofeu and Lennon and I'd agree - Lennon offers nothing when he can't run out wide it would seem. Right now - we have no left wing, again, and nothing going on through the middle.

Not saying I agree with it, but can understand the logic behind it from the start. We look a little lost going forward now though.
