Why do people write him off as a crap player after having one bad game? Ross has had about 30 awful (to varying degrees) games for us, yet he's amazingly boss and walks on water.

In my follow up I said no, not writing him off, but why would you bring on a defensive player now?

Not one is ever ready, they'll warm up a bit more, Graham or Jimmy will speak to them for 5, then wait another 5 for the ball to go out to make the sub
