He's had two in his entire Everton career. So unless you only started supporting us this season, there's nothing "inevitable" about such an event.

Why on earth, after 10 other players have played poorly for the entire game, would you look to slate the one player who's only been on the pitch for twelve minutes?

The longer this goes, the closer it gets to the point where Martinez needs to be checked into a mental hospital if he genuinely thinks delaying the sub this late is in any way a good idea.
