Pickford
Coleman Keane Zouma Digne
Gana Gomes
Lookman Sigurdsson Bernard
Richarlison

Man Utd 1 Everton 2

I reckon Walcott suits this game more than Lookman (from the start).

He's the quickest player we have. Get him running in behind like against Arsenal/Leicester.

Lookman doesn't run in behind. He's very unique in terms of our wide players because he actually looks to run with the ball rather than off it. He's quick, but he's not a sprinter like Walcott.

Lookman probably suits home games more than away in that respect.

DCL cant play because we need to take our chances ala Arsenal and he doesn't.

Same team as against Palace for me however I think Mina should come in for Keane who will struggle against the pace of Rashford/Martial.

People forget football has a weird way of having players score against ex teams / sides who could have signed them - you just knew Yarmolenko and Ings were going to bag against us.

Utd went after Mina so play him not only for his height defending set plays when they throw on Felliani, but also this is a game where we need to take any chance we get and set pieces his aerial threat could be the goal difference between a loss/draw or draw/win.

I personally think 3-1 Utd.

We need to allow Lookman to develop his game, that includes playing in these type of away games.

Walcott is not performing and hasn’t looked good all season. We have a squad to use now, so let’s do it.

But you have to pick players that suit particular games.

We're going to have less of the ball and be more suited to playing on the counter on Sunday. Walcott is extremely dangerous on the counter.

Whether in or out of form (and he hasn't been playing badly all season, he's just been off it in terms of his finishing in the last two games), he does stretch teams more than Lookman does.

That's not me having a go at Lookman, it's just that he's a different type of player.

If Lookman is to start, then personally I'd have him in place of Bernard because I think they both offer a type of player who likes to get on the ball and run with it, and to compliment that it's good to have the opposite winger be more about off-the-ball movement.

Mina isn't that quick, like.

I think it'd be very hard to drop Keane given the form he's been in.

What we can do if we have a front four who are all adept on the counter, and a midfielder in Gomes who can drive us forward, is sit a tad deeper in defence.

That doesn't mean camp 18 yards out, but if we're say, 25 yards out as opposed to 35, it'll make a lot of difference.

Tough one this....Utd away says we will get beat by the odd goal - if we take our chances early then they could fall apart.

If we get beat, or just don't win, can the cranks please stay away.

We've played well in the last three but this is a massive test.

Don't ruin it, carts.

Agreed it's a big test C, but Man U have struggled this season, so if we're going to big up the good attacking footy we've been playing, and those 3 wins on the bounce, then if we go to Old Trafford and are absolutely piss poor, then surely any criticism is valid?

Did we play on Sunday this much even when we were in the Europa league??

Anyhow it looks that utd are back to resembling a functioning club, so it will be tough. If we go at them early and get a quick goal it will make things very interesting. Let's hope Zouma can keep Rom in his back pocket, this is my universal guide to whether a defender is half decent or not.
Given the Barcodes experience there a couple of weeks ago this maybe is the way to win. Although Ive nothing against an 87th minute steal from one of the supersubs.

Glad they have Juve mid week and we can prepare.

I will be interested to see how Marco sets up the front 4. For some reason I can see Mourinho setting them up to sit back and try and counter us.

It will be the other way round mate, we'll sit back and counter, we're looking solid at the back, and we've got pace to burn to catch them on the break. Also, don't think the Man U fans would be happy watching them sit back against us at home, saying that though, that wouldn't worry Mourinho.
