Lukaku looks as though like his first touch, is too heavy and is now without a goal in eight games, but it being us next you can put your mortgage on him scoring on Sunday though lol

He was always a bit slow off the mark but once he got going was unstoppable. Now, he cant even get off the mark.

They've also in Paul Pogba, a player who looks as though he's worth every penny of a 9m transfer fee, but nowhere near the 90m he actually cost them.....possibly their biggest ever flop, and by a huge distance too.

His one contribution of note last night was a shot that hit the post but, watching that, it is hard to believe the Frenchman would get back in the Juventus team now.

A few others also seem to be struggling

Nemanja Matic

The Serb’s form has largely survived United’s struggles but even he is now succumbing. Woeful against West Ham and Newcastle, he was never really in it last night..

Marcus Rashford

It really isn’t happening for the England forward, is it? Yet another underwhelming display. He looks terribly short of confidence.

The whole defence

Add to this the continuing fragility at the back and the constant changing of personnel with no really established centre back partnership.

No longer can they rely solely on the outstanding De Gea to make miraculous saves by the minutes and dig them out of every hole.

This has to be our best chance in years, let's hope it's not a 'we should have won that if we'd only taken our chances' match.

Time to be clinical and put the dagger in, Chelsea's late, late leveller and last night's dispiriting defeat, and the manner of it, will once again leave them vulnerable and doubting.

Let's finish them.
Agree with all that. Against arsenal we had a really good go at them and played some good football, I actually think that's been one of our best games this season despite the result. If we go to old Trafford and play like we did against arsenal, with a bit of luck on our side in terms of finishing, we will get a point at least. Utd are pants at the minute.

Disgusting how nailed on it is that Rom’s gonna score and celebrate like he’s the world’s greatest number 9. Wouldn’t even be surprised if this is the match he’s finally dropped and comes off the bench to do it.

Think this is the weakest United side we’re gonna play for years and with a full squad being available for us it could be the strongest that we’ve brought to their place in a very long time. I think Silva’s been pretty spot on for the most part in setting us up for away games but to win this we’re going to have to be ruthless. Need big performances from every one of them and to show them no respect, we can do this if we take the game to them.

These away games come down to tactics. Their players are still playing for Mourinho as seen in the Newcastle game so they wont be downing tools and letting us win.

Can't see anything other than a defeat.

Silva needs to play it tactically right as thats the key to winning the away games against the top 6.

3-5-2 please Silva.

Just want to see us go there and fight for a result instead of rolling over.

We'll need to score at least two to win, as Lukaku's goal is inevitable.
As long as we don't upset him look what happened last season he scored 2 goals in 5 minutes after we slated him

That loss hurt the most for me because of how well we played.

Vs UTD we need to be organised and ruthless upfront. Take our chances and 3 PTS could be coming home

All their players that haven't scored for a while (or new signings) have scored recently, so we're safe from the usual occurance of that happening ("such and such hasn't scored in 4 years, will they get one today?").

I think we just need to pressurise their flanks (to stop supply) and CB's (coz well their pretty pants).

Don’t know how it’s disgusting if he scores mate, it means we haven’t done our job, and he has.
I think the point is that he's not suggesting 'if', he's suggesting it's fully 'Everton that' that a player so woefully out of shape and form will almost certainly be played back into form against his former team.

Regardless. I think we'll batter UTD
