Having that week off might benefit some of our wilting flowers who claim they can't manage two games a week.
You just couldn't make that up, this day and age.

Most "Everton that" scenarios just involve losing now. It's not ups and downs like it used to be.

I saw lots of "Everton that" suggestions with the Bournemouth double header that we would lose then win or vice versa, but I did say at the time, that Everton are just more likely to lose both games these days, and alas....
 
I never want us to lose but tbh I'm that mot arsed I except we get humped three or four and Lamps is out tomorrow. I'd like to see some kids get a go but Lamps will go "full strength" with probably Simms up front
 

I was looking at posts on a Utd forum a couple of days ago, right after the Brighton loss, and a bunch of 'em were complaining about how this cup tie would coincide with Everton's new manager bounce. Guess again, you red rags!

As I am one of the few Everton fans over here and make no secret of my allegiance at present I'm suffering an absolute frigging blitzkrieg of taunting and worse surrounding our plight at the moment.
It's tough times believe me, so I'll grab anything positive that comes our way, but I'm not holding my breath.
