I would be absolutely amazed if he is able to have us out of both cups, in the bottom 3, and have lower PPG than Benitez and still keep his job. But then again, it's Everton, so I wouldn't be.

Haha when you put it like that, I’m now looking at it differently.
My flawed thinking was as much as we want to win the cup, we won’t as we can’t even win a league game, and that points in the league are more important, so tonight it’s foregone and a bit pointless.

Anyhow , I don't expect us to play like Real Madrid anytime soon. I don't expect us to play like Man City or this current Arsenal team. I'd settle if we could just manage to play like Brentford , Brighton or even Fulham. Maybe even after the Southampton game , id be wishing that we could play like Wolves. As the old saying goes , I just wish we could see something decent on the pitch , because , right now , I don't see [Poor language removed].
