I think we'll go there full of confidence. Becks can cause Vidic problems with his pace in behind and Evra won't enjoy facing Coleman. Scholes is definitely out and Berbatov is a major doubt. Nani has had injury concerns too. If Rooney puts in another subdued performance against us, then their only real attacking threat is Hernandez. They'll have one eye on Schalke and they're not exactly in the best of form anyway, having failed to score in their last two games. We normally switch on defensively against the bigger teams. If we can nick a goal, we could do these.

I will just be happy if we actually put an effort in,try to score and just dont sit back the whole game and occasionally get by their goal-I want my players to show what they can do and not be scared of playing at OT

Everton XI:

Howard, Hibbert, Baines, Distin, Jagielka, Osman, Neville, Rodwell, Bilyaletdinov, Coleman, Beckford

United XI:

Van der Sar, Ferdinand, Anderson, Rooney, Hernandez, Nani, Fabio, O'Shea, Evans, Valencia, Gibson

Think I'd rather have had Cahill playing behind Beckford and Osman out on the left. Cahill will get you a goal against United, and Osman tends to drift out left in any case.
