Manchester United

Said it months back, if and when this United squad finally click they are going to be a very good team, top of the league now and still most people will say they’ve not been playing well this season.

Hope they smash the RS at the weekend. We're not gonna win the league, so get United six clear of them with a game in hand.

All day.

I love the irony of a Liverpool fan with Man Utd. We're "bitter and obsessed", yet the hatred they have for the Salford Reds is nothing short of hilarious. If anyone is pipping them to the title please let it be United. They'd absolutely combust.

That doesn't go far enough for me.

Alisson also saves the retake, but again is spotted off his line. He then saves the next retake, and is again off his line. Ref then subsequently books him for it. Utd score the retake, and Alisson still comes off his line. By this point, the ref has had enough, shrugs his shoulders, and awards the goal.

Obviously it's now into, or well past, the 10th minute of injury time. So the ref blows full time straight after the restart. RS fume for over a week.

That would be glorious.

A week?! They're still whining about Pickford.

Hoping for the best tomorrow against Liverpool i think at the moment even though they are a top side and champions i think they are a very vulnerable , i think the best bet here is to be clever a try to get at them on the break because defensively i dont think they are very stable , anyway i would take a last minute penalty or own goal or something like o shea banged in at the flop end in 2008 in the 2nd minute of injury time

A draw would be ideal for us both.

A draw is great.

I appreciate I am not objective on this, but the win for United is probably better though.

United at some point this season will hit a rocky spell and will in all likelihood fall away. 9/10 that's what happens. That happens win lose or draw tomorrow.

Liverpool are capable of putting a run together this season that can leave others behind. I see you and them as the only teams capable of doing that. If Liverpool lose tomorrow though, I think there's every chance the wheels come off for them. It will be blind panic. Going 6 behind United half way through, with a big injury crisis, and the possibility United can extend their title lead will make heads go.

So objectively, for me a defeat for Liverpool is the best result for City. For Everton we need Liverpool or United to drastically underperform to get ahead of either, so no skin in the game from that point really.

I actually think United could get a result tomorrow. Their record at Anfield is actually pretty good, only a coupe of wins at Anfield against United in the last 10 years or so.

lol they have become hysterical that we have got near them , i think they are a bit nervous tomorrow because if they surrender the title for the first time in 30 years they would explode if it gave Manchester United number 21

Just said to the City lad above, there's only one outcome tomorrow that sees either side implode- and thats a United win. If United lose, they're still level with Liverpool and know they've got you to go to their ground. Also it's all just a bonus at this point, as no prep for it. Liverpool losing though, would trigger a real panic from them.

If I was United I'd feel quite confident.

To win at anfield for a United fan from Manchester is the best feeling ever i hope we can do it , but this is not our best team we all know that but i say lets give at a go they are not unbeatable no way

Just a pity that the Mancs , the Salford boys and some of the Cockney reds cannot be there tomorrow to cheer the 20 Times Champions of England on
