Maybe. From the obligatory YouTube clips he seems to have an awareness of were the ball will land in the box and looks to make useful runs in behind. He looks as though he has a nice first touch an eye for the unusual pass in and around the box, but as a I say it is only YouTube.
It's interesting that many players who thrive in our league struggle in others, particularly the Italian league with its defensive mentality and the slow laborious Martinez style build up play. Hopefully if he signs he's more suited to the prem

You make good points. On the whole I try to trust the hierarchy on players that they really want. I'm more complaining about not having much to get wildly excited about right now than I am saying he won't be a good signing haha.

Excuse the spam here.

Let's hope he's more Gianfranco Zola than Simone Zaza, haha!

I do not rate him and have been quite vocal about it...

He's able to run around into the right positions and has a great long shot on him.

However, for a pressing side, he doesnt know what hes doing and his defensive positioning is a joke + his passing isnt great and to say he is a creative player would be a lie.

Also a bit of an offside magnet and a primadonna.

Still, he runs around alot taking up good positions and has a great long shot.

To be after him 2 windows in a row is mind blowing.
