His first summer I think he did okay, off-loaded some high-earners and brought in a few talented players. Not his fault some of them have fallen off a cliff performance wise (for varying reasons) in the last 6 months. Would give it a 7/10 overall.

Summer 2019 was plain awful from him. Delph, Iwobi were absolute turd buys and the Gbamin situation has been a farce. Kean the jury is still out on, Sidibe was a risk0free loan but definitely isn't good enough. 2/10 for that window.

He needs to seriously buck up this time and get some deal for good players/character done, otherwise he should be binned. Stop buying other club's cast-offs, buy some youngsters who are hungry who are established first-teamers in their current sides.
