3 weeks for season to start...already one full week of training completed yet not a single signing for the first team. We are not learning...hopefully a cm signs soon and this time we are carefull in not playing fully fit players to ensure we avoid a gbamin repeat. We should have at the very least replaced Morgan weeks ago...Besic it is then i guess for Spurs

We need the new lads to have atleast 2 weeks or so with the squad if Carlo is realistically going to feature them against Spurs.

That means we need business done this next week for at the minimum the midfield.

We simply can not travel away to Spurs with that same God awful midfield.

you know at this point, I would not be that surprised if Brands and DBB put out a statement that our vision is to win trophies so we are voluntary dropping down to League One and joining the EFL cup and whatever Checkatrade Leyland Cup whatever Cup...because RB Leipzig, Wolves and Bournemouth have shown so much success in emerging from lower divisions.

and I'm a big fan of DoF and Brands. I just wish that his job title and role would be highilighted a bit more, I don't think his job is transfers only. I really hoped and don't yet see it, that he's involved in player development

- Will Davies, DCL and Kenny develop? What do they need to do that? Specialist coaching, nutrition, advice?
- what do we do with the senior players who are stagnating - what do they need to do better?
- THe make up of the characters of the squad - where are the leaders?
- How do we ensure that these stars at youth level actually progress with us, not just to other Championship or League 1 clubs.

Don't see that development yet!

Why is Allan Brands’ signing yet Richarlison was Silva’s despite both very obviously being close to the manager at the time. A hint is that one turned out to be our best player whilst the other one is being written off by some before he’s even signed for us.
