I feel harsh criticizing Unsworth, but in a professional sports environment at the top level, he should try to do something about his weight.

I was watching a video clip from FF a few months back, I usually do so from my living room TV, I had a few relatives in who know little about football and nothing about Everton, and it was the first thing they commented on.
He should be setting an example for the younger players he is in charge of. There is absolutely no excuse for being that overweight when you’re constantly in a gym with access to all the top-of-the-range equipment, pools and dietitians.

MY thighs were chafing, just watching him walk round there.

Was a professional football player, maybe he got sick of a diet / training. But, regardless it doesn't effect his ability to coach or lead by example winning talent development coach of the year is testament to that his been great for Everton.

I am fairly sure I read that he has a medical condition, cant remember what it is but it could be thyroid related? Not an excuse but just saying. he still eats too many pies!!
