Bolaise needs punting, probably McCarthy in Jan, then we have 25 players which is the optimal number.

We werent ever going to fix the squad in 1 window, what we have done is improve it in certain areas and I personally feel given us a chance to get "closer" to the top 6. We defo lack quality in certain areas to be able to challenge at the very top, but if our best 11 can gel I personally think we will have a very good season.

To achieve all this in one window is nothing short of miraculous ,he now has breathing space to really set out his plans and ideas .and also fair play to Silva as well and moshiri and even bill together hopefully they have given us a platform to have a really good season. Wow I'm even feeling optimistic

We’ve gone from trying to count on one hand the number of ok players we had in the squad to now looking like we have a good 11 with more attacking power than any time in our prem history. All in one short rushed window with a World Cup complicating it. Imagine what he could do given a long time to properly plan and scout.
 

Every signing made you can at least make a logical case for. None if them seen unnecessary or for obscene money, and we haven't stockpiled tones of players for the same position and left ourselves massively short in others. No its not perfect and there are still obviously big improvements that can be made, but it looks like a very decent effort with clear improvements.
 
We've just witnessed an astute, globally respected DoF at work. No way did I expect this much progress in one window. Of course there's no guarantee these players will succeed, but you can see a clear plan in place.

Koeman/Walsh mess won't be fixed in one window, strike force is deeply average imo and we still need all action CM but we've made major progress. Manager and players need time, patience from us all now.

His actions definitely speak louder than words. Doing it in an understated way, the Everton way of old you might say, but very much a new Everton in his approach.
