He also needs to get round to the staff like the coaches and the rest of the backroom staff, some of them need replacing too.

Especially at the younger levels, the U18’s lost at home to Liverpool yesterday, second time they have lost to them this season, maybe more professional coaches needed at this level, as they could have done better in the FA youth cup than they did, losing to WBA, a team they beat 10-0 earlier in the season.

Might be better if you were a bit more subtle and let the worlds best scouting department sell it for you? By that I mean loudly play youtube videos of him and declare every 5 minutes just how great a striker this Haller fellow is. Within the hour he will call up one of his scouts and demand to know why he hasnt shown him this superstar from the youtubes yet.
