No, the answer is he had an adequate first summer...missed January out completely when a striker was needed...then he delivers this damp squib of a window.

Overall he's about 5 or 6/10...a generous 5 or 6/10 too.

I cant see January for a defender. A loan maybe. At best. He just doesn't do them.

Because point wise we'd have to make up about 15 on ;last season and the defence isn't as good as last seasons; we have novice new striker who'll need timne to bed in.

I cant see us getting more than 60 points - and that will fall well short of 6th.

Squad massively reduced, one centre half short of it being very decent.

Winners brought in from Barca, Juve, Monaco, Man City...bit of versatility.
