Lets be honest he should have been sacked after spending 34m on Alex Iwobi.
Im gonna be honest I did have a few doubts at that point.
big pre seaon for him more of the same and he will be at walsh level of being a waste of time and money.
That was the moment for me.
I was unsure on his appointment given his Eredivisie background.
But I got right behind him, every benefit of doubt but after Iwobi - big alarm bells. If it was Iwobi or nobody, nobody was the answer. I said it at the time on here.
Still, early days so we shouldn't jump on him too much. But if I was Moshiri, would I give him another £100m to spend? (even if we're allowed to spend it?) I think I'd be inclined to ask Ancelotti to draw up the list first, before Brands.
