I was writing about libel laws and what I think about them the other day. What I think of them is not nice and involves profanity, because I'm like that.

Britain's even fussier about it than we are, because Britain puts the burden of proof on the writer rather than the person suing.

Full marks to @davek for being brave enough to say it, but I agree that this is an area to tread lightly in writing. Especially in Britain.

But, if it were that simple Usmanov could have had any firm of tax consultants do the same thing without giving away a chunk of his company.

Usmanov and Moshiri have been business partners for years. It is quite clear that Usmanov depends on Moshiri and trusts him .
It is also clear that somebody like Usmanov would not keen working with Moshiri unless he had good reason to do so.

Moshiri is obviously the brains in the operation and Usmanov has the contacts.
A bit simplistic but generally correct I think.
