It is mad, he has been awful for years and the fans have all said so, he leaves and becomes some sort of martyr to loads on here.
I think the issue is that it's quite clear how much influence the managers have in recruitment. Seems like under Moshiri, Moshiri picks the manager and the manager basically gave Brands a list of who they wanted. Doesn't seem like Brands really had much space to do his job personally.

I have always been firmly in the NO to Moyes coming back but even I am starting to want him. Again as you agree, he would never leave them for this mess

Proper football manager mate. I just want players who want to win a game of football at bare minimum, watching WHU VS Chelsea at the weekend VS us, we're light years away in terms of desire and hats the minimum we should expect.

Yet signed a 3 year deal a few months ago..

I am not convinced by any of this

Reading between the lines of the echo article, looks like he had his hands tied and didn't get much of a say on anything.

I mean still deserved to go but gave more of an insight to what we already thought.

If this is true and inside people will know if it is then there is little chance we get anyone with real talent to replace him in that position. Which leaves is with Rafael, Bill and Mosh. I am not sure I like that either.

Lord help us.
