I have seen that some where as well, players not good enough.

He has some reservations especially in regards to the lack of pace at the back so wants to know the clubs transfer plans. I don't think it's totally dead in the water but I think it's the wrong move tbh. If Moshiri wants that style then go for Corberan who is school of Bielsa but with a bit more tactical awareness.

Bielsa was incredible for us, he'd potentially be great for you but not mid-season with a squad full of players who wouldn't be any good with his incredibly high energy/intensity way of doing things.
He also requires 100% commitment from board etc to his methods, his staff, changes to infrastructure-given the apparent state of your club at the moment it would be hard to see how that would work with him.
