Marcelo Bielsa

Sounds from the media reports that Moshiri is bending over backwards to get him and he is having to be persuaded (i.e. made an offer he can't refuse).

That in itself is a massive turn off. This smacks of Mad Mosh's last desperate attempt to save his investment. It seems doomed to fail like everything else he's tried, even in the unlikely event it happens.
100%.
I doubt that would even work with Bielsa. Thought he preferred being on rolling one-year contracts at Leeds.
He’s more interested in control rather than money imo

Saw this on twitter...Marcelo Bieisa has emerged as the favourite for the Everton job. He's in Liverpool now for talks with the blues. He's been spotted this afternoon on Matthew Street, with Columbian legend Carlos Valderrama

We had become way too easy to beat in that run in and it was hard to see it turning around, the players looked spent and didnt believe in the system any more. I just did not see us getting a result against anyone at that point. But I guess we'll never know.
We’d just come back & played well against villa on the Wednesday before the Everton loss. That played a big factor in that defeat.

We then had to play man united Liverpool & spurs in a week.

we were unlucky that the Liverpool game was rearranged for that week.

Even in the spurs loss we hit the post twice had 1 cleared off the line ans loris had made loads of saves.

We could have scored 3/4 on another day. We weren’t dead & we’d have got points in the games marsch did. Plus marsch had the benefit of cooper and Phillips coming back.

We’d have stayed up with Bielsa still in charge
