Well, with Bielsa it’s not about playing the right way. He’s just a firm believer of having a style and sticking to it. He has said that being a manger is about finding the best way to win football matches and then convincing the players to belive in the managers plan. In his view it's absurd to tell the players that they are supposed to follow his plan to win games and then telling them to do something completely different when they play better teams or when they are loosing. For example he’s been full of praise of Pulis and Dyche because he thinks that they have a clear plan that the players believe in and follow in any situation.

Yeah sorry I was just sort of parodying some of the 'Bielsa isn't a person he's a state of mind' type posts we've had in the last few days.

I know i'll have sounded really anti-Bielsa in this thread but it's nothing to do with how I view him as a person or manager, I honestly just don't think he's anything like what the club needs, either now or in the summer. I've been wrong plenty of times before and it looks like he's probably coming in so I hope I am again, I'm just concerned that it's another half baked madcap idea from Moshiri.

This appointment kind of excites me. Do I think it's guaranteed to work? Absolutely not. But we've crying out for a culture change and it looks like we're picking a manager that will insist on it.

I just wish we were in a position where we had some leeway for his style to gel.
