Rather him than the Dyche shouts
Lots of rumours he’s our No 1 target
As mad as they come and a complete basket case, so I suppose it’s a match made in heaven if he were to be appointed Everton manager.
A manager whose style is quite unique.
A manager whose players play on full throttle for 90 mins
A manager who’s teams are exciting to watch
A manager who doesn’t speak a word of English
A manager who would have an instant impact
Hailed as one of the most influential managers of all time, introducing a third wave ideology in Argentine coaching, previously influenced by César Luis Menotti and Carlos Bilardo.[citation needed] Pep Guardiola has described Bielsa as the best in the world.[143] He has been a heavy influence on his former players, many of whom later became coaches (Mauricio Pochettino, Diego Simeone, Marcelo Gallardo) [144]
Bielsa's signature formation in his squads is the 3–3–3–1 formation, which he made famous and brought to the front of the world's mainstream football scene during his coaching tenures in with the Argentina and Chile national teams and Marseille.[citation needed]
Although the 3–3–3–1 and its variations the 3–3–1–3 and the 3–4–3 "diamond" were occasionally used by other managers at UEFA Champions League and FIFA World Cup level before Bielsa - notably by Johan Cruyff at Barcelona,[145] by Louis van Gaal at Ajax,[146] by Guus Hiddink at PSV Eindhoven[147] and Australia,[148] by Vicente del Bosque at Real Madrid,[149] by Ottmar Hitzfeld at Bayern Munich,[149] by Co Adriaanse at Porto,[150][151] by Frank Pagelsdorf at Hamburger SV,[152][153] by Mircea Lucescu at Galatasaray,[154] by Ivica Osim at Sturm Graz,[155][156][157] by Angelos Anastasiadis at Panathinaikos,[158] by Dušan Bajević at AEK Athens[159] and by Yuri Semin at FC Lokomotiv Moscow[160] and Russia;[161][162] it was Bielsa who first made it his standard formation and popularized it worldwide during his tenures with Argentina,[163] Chile[164] at Olympique de Marseille.[165] and occasionally at Athletic de Bilbao[166][167]
I wouldn’t be disappointed if it was to happen.
Thoughts??
Totally agree, no way this basketcase would keep us upShouldn’t go anywhere near him.
All for it, just don’t expect miracles over night. It may well be a case that we go down and bounce back. I’d feel confidence with Bielsa.
Also concerned that… his wife moved back to Argentina, he’s previously walked out on a club for not fulfilling their promises.
Would you enjoy going the game though mate?you will when we’re down
