I don’t think he’s negligent and injures his players because of his demands. He’ll be aware of their limitations.

Makes them do hours upon hours of manual training
Makes them play nonstop in a cage where the ball can't go out for 2 hours on a Thursday before a game

Look at a Manager with a record of immediately improving the fortunes of a team, not somebody who needs time. Our situation doesn’t need a manager who was failing to keep Leeds up last season.

Depends really. We could paper over the cracks with the squad that's proven to fail year after year (accounting for a few ins and outs). Or, maybe a hard reset is what's needed to make real change.

Yes, there are contracts and some players may want to ring them for every penny, or they might want to leave. If things are too cushy for them they are more likely to want to stay. It wouldnt be cushy under Bielsa.

We arnt likely to get a manager thats had no failings at all, we ain't getting Pep!

Bielsa would be totally wrong for our squad. We have got just too many ageing players, and players with injury problems
