Very impressed with his interview, also that his English is very good which helps a lot. I am optimistic and hope that everyone will be realistic and patient. He has a lot of dross to get rid of and it can't all happen in a few weeks. Never thought Everton would ever adapt to this foreign idea of DOF and coach. We will see at first hand if it works for us.
