Going to be an exciting season hopefully & looking forward to Marco Silva taking Everton towards the top 6 ....

Hope he gives our youngsters plenty of game time next season as they are ready & waiting to step up...

We do need some fresh signings to give us a lift also, LB ,CD,CM,AM...& a striker...

In general, kettle bells are an under-utilised piece of gym equipment. The gym I go to has metal coloured (ie unpainted) kettle bells.
