Well, he's been there since 2017 mate.

Promoted as league winners.
Relegated.
Promoted as league winners with club record 97 points.
... Then, 0 wins in 10 in the Prem. Will take them down again if allowed to remain.

He's just an example of how a manager with a decent team in the Championship can piss that league but have a nightmare in the Prem.
Oh i agree, he won't change his approach which is the main issue and until he does they will just be a yo-yo club, too good for the championship and not good enough for the PL. Delia is not going to sack him though, she has said that before.

Fair play to Marco. Perhaps the Championship is just about his optimum level.
And what is it with Mitrovic? He can hardly kick a ball in the Premier League yet he's scores for fun in that league; bizarre!

there was nothing wrong with Silva when he had Gueye and Zouma in the team. Look how well we played at Anfield that season. Then Brands left him without a centreback, sold Gueye, and the three midfielders we got in Gbamin Delph Gomes were all out the entire season along with Mina who missed large chunks of it as well. Enter the comedy club of Keane Davies Siggurdson to throw him under the bus and out of a job.

Nothing wrong with him tactically as a coach, just undermined by our crap players. Wasn’t the first coach and won’t be the last.

I think his assistant (Joao Pedro Sousa) leaving in the summer also caused issues.

As a coach I think he was very good, we played decent football under him and you could see a structure to our play. All your comments are valid. My issue with him was his ability to manage when the game wasnt going our way. Hence the amount of times we struggled when going a man down. I wish him all the best at Fulham as he struck me as a decent fella.
