This will be hard to recover from and once players get a sniff of nerves from upstairs, they'll throw him under.

The knives are well and truly out now for Silva.We're stagnating in the league, he plays a weakened team against Southampton in the league cup.And despite twice leading tonight, we go out of the FA Cup, to a struggling championship team.The facts are is that Silva is now in a battle to save his Everton career.We need to see a strong finish to this season, and finish 7th.Anything less will not be acceptable.Tonight was an awful flashback, to the Martinez era when it was all going wrong.But say if we do sack Silva.Moshiri will probably hire another dud of a manager.It's the owner that im really worried about.He is clueless.

There are basic defending fundamentals that Silva has no clue about. EVERY set piece we look awful.

The worst thing is that the manager I think would have been great for us just got re-hired by the club he just left. Jardim I think would have done wonders here.

Get him gone. Doesn't matter who comes in until end of the season. We aren't going down. We aren't finishing top seven. Brands must know the players he needs to ship out. He must work with the board the get the right manager in time for the summer. I didn't want Silva in the first place so hopefully he'll be booted ASAP.
