What, about Silva, do you see that makes you think he is a "top" manager?

And I don't mean to sound antagonistic either but by putting the work top in quotation marks would suggest I think he's a top manager? I've never said that and never would.

I'm all about the long term build. He's about the best we can obtain and I trust that he's the right man for us for where we are now.

I'm pretty constant on this for all parts of the club, whether it's management, the board, the stadium, young players etc. They all need time and patience, things that seem in short supply these days.

The issue is the replacement.I have no faith that Moshiri will get it right.He won't pay out the big money, for a proper manager.

You have a point, I don't have any faith in him to find an even half decent replacement either but nobody could be any worse then the simpleton we currently have.
