I personally think us and West Ham are 2 of the hardest managerial jobs in the PL, expectations are so high it makes us so hard to manage, that's why we shouldn't try up and coming managers, we need a very experienced manager but who's out there?

No one is saying we shouldn't be unhappy, we are on a really poor run but there is a huge difference between that and sacking yet another manager.

Not really. One way demands the club has standards that we at least attempt to maintain, the other way doesn't.

Out of interest pal, do you honestly believe that Silva will turn this around? If so can you please tell me what you base that belief on? Because its all very well to say we can't keep sacking managers because it creates instability.
