So since that derby match, we have only beaten the might of Burnley Bournemouth Lincoln City and Huddersfield Town.This is not good enough.Of course Silva needs another transfer window, to get players in.But four wins since early december against poor sides.Three wins out of our last eleven league games.That just isn't good enough.

No wonder he isn’t match fit, the manager’s had about 20 games to play him in to get him match fit and hasn’t bothered. Could he not have appeared for an hour here or there over the Christmas fixtures, or at home to Lincoln?

As for Holgate, he played the first 4 or 5 games of the season and was woeful and is now in the Championship.

It’s the same when Martinez was here. Whether Silva is worse we will know it in May, after 38 games.

He got almost 3 seasons because Kenwright was in charge in that 3 seasons until Moshiri came in.

My question to you is in Hindsight did Martinez deserve 3 seasons?

Did those 3 seasons of 'stability' really do us any good?

Atleast Martinez had an FA Cup to his name and gave us a great first season. Bobby brownshoes was a clown but he's Guardiola compared to this chump.

I would rather we bring in a new manager this season/in the summer and give next season a real go rather than be sat here in December come next year with the season over already and us sat in 12th. Whats the point wasting yet another season?

Will it take a WHU cornerflag type revolt at GP for the club to finally wake up and sort their crap out?
