There is no way to endure the crappyness of his 2nd and 3rd season. Right time to sack him.

With Mosh's millions is the point..he never got the chance to spend them and given how RK and this clown is have done it couldn't have been much worse. Ok what would we give now for a Gareth Barry in our side when Bobby first got him???

You know what mate, I've been thinking recently (with hindsight) that we should have given Bobby another year. Don't get me wrong I was all for sacking him at the time as I thought he'd lost it etc but he never had the chance to spend Mosh's millions and he did initially sign a few decent players...Lukaku, Barry, Mccarthey so maybe we should have given him one more season to see how things panned out?

No we shouldn’t, he’d lost the dressing room and couldn’t pull the wool over peoples eyes any longer.

His win record was atrocious after his first season and we were every bit as bad as we are now when he left.

He would sign a £30m Alcaraz or a £25m McGeady.

He’s just a crap manager who can’t organise a defence. Much like the current manager.

29% winning rate over 2 seasons. I thought we would learn.

Hasnt done anything to prove he can turn it around,Id say at the minute we play the most boring, slow un-imaginitive football in the league, but if he is sacked now the only managers that would be prepared to come in would be around the same level as the last few, what Moshiri should have done when he arrived is had a complete clear out,got rid of all the board, coaches and set up,unfortunately the xhance he had he failed to take and now we have a squad full of highly paid players who know this is the pinnacle of their careers

I know.

My point was/is that he never got the chance to rinse Mosh's bank account....

Well, lets leave aside tge fact that those second and third seasons weren’t all that “crappy” in comparison to what has happened since because at least we had a long run in Europe to keep interest alive beyond New Year in the second and two long cup runs doing the same thing in the third.

You are right however in saying that when he fired it appeared indeed to be the right time.

The point I am making and I think @Percudani as well, is that in retrospect, we would have been better giving him a year with a bit of spending muscle instead of hiring the three useless buggers we have hired since.
