I'm torn between whether it's sacking time yet but you are right. If he deserves to go then he deserves to go. We can't just wander down a dead end because of the notion we've sacked too many managers in recent years.

It's because you can't get rid of the manager and have no plan for who will manage the team.
 
We dont look capable of winning another game this season and there are zero signs of that changing any time soon. If Silva was sacked on Monday, then how could it possibly be any worse than what it already is. Lose the rest of the games this season? Already happening without sacking him. The only thing we stand to lose by getting rid of Silva now is face as it is yet another failure of an appointment and another manager we have been through. None of that interests me. We are embarrassing every single week anyway so a little more on top is nothing.

There is a 17 day break now so my opinion is that we should take full advantage of that, get rid of him on Monday, appoint a caretaker just to take us to end of the season and put Brands in charge of finding us a new Management and Coaching team that is capable of moving the club forwards properly and no more of this mucking about with no marks and acting like amateurs.

We have nothing, no creativity, no penetration. It's like we are playing in sludge every game. No way are we beating Cardiff, that might be the last straw for this clown. I want Ferguson out of the coaching staff too, we are just a joke, sick of saying it. If this was Chelsea he'd have been sacked weeks ago. Someone needs to come in and rock the boat and wake this lot up from their slumber.

I agree to an extent, they get away with murder but his sub decisions are woeful and tactically seems all over the place. The performance against City was the minimum requirement, City didn’t move into 2nd gear, they clearly didn’t need to. The manager is at fault for me. If this was under Big Sam he'd be crucified.
 

Just spoken about him on Sunday Supplement. They said Plan A isn’t working but he is too stubborn to change his approach. They thought Biesla would only be thought of come summer time.

Who in their right mind would come in now and take over us till the end of the season? At least united were still in the FA Cup and CL and let’s face it they are united, to get Ole. No-one would touch us with a barge pole in our present state.

The other issue is....that centre of defence. Id happily bin either of the first choice pair and have no clue from the little i've seen of Mina whether he will cut it.

Add the lack of backup for an underperforming and bloody annoying keeper and I dont think its a great platform for being able to weather the crap run we started on since the derby.

No idea whether he is up to it but he stays where he is for me. I dont trust this club not to make a mess of it so if they have to do it its better its done in the summer when they have the next guy lined up.

For me NO WAY should we sack another manager mid season. Just like last season we are 100% not getting relegated. We are very bad and still have a load of awful teams managing to rack up way less points than us.
