Out of the last 14 games/2 months, we have got 3 wins, 2 draws and 9 losses which is just 11 points out of a possible 42 points.

Relegation form that and no sign of it improving. Cant see us winning another game this season tbh.

This is the first time we have sacked a manager with a proper DOF in place on the board.

Sacking Silva shouldn't be an issue whatsoever as its Brands who makes the signings and sorts out the philosophy of the playing style- Silva is a head coach not a manager as will the next bloke.

Get this clown out and get someone in capable of doing a decent job.

But he's got a goalkeeper a left back he bought and two centre backs he wants and he doesn't know how to stop teams scoring from free kicks or corners awful manager.

I really don't know what the approach is mate, but Silva is looking tactically inept at this moment in time.

He is struggling that is for sure...

But we are short of quality players, only when we get them can we judge Silva with any convictions....

The people up top need to get the best proven manager if possible. They must change their direction in chasing the new manager.

I just want a manager who adapts. If you dont have the players for a system you dont play it until you have them. In the meantime you play to your current squads strengths.

It was great up to the Derby, he needs time, more players to work with, you can't expect a manager to build a top side in one season, I'm happy with the signings Brands has made and he'll get more better players in this summer.
