But the level of knee jercking going on now about Silva is just ... pointless. And as far as i can hear from Silva's mouth he sees the same problems as us .

I just cant get it out of my mind though that he's watched Tosun and DCL and Niasse and thought they could offer us anything other than average performances. A manager swithced on there would have seen days like this and secured a different type of player that could be the arrow head for a Plan B.

Ok I’m going to repeat what I said last week and the week before. Not a bad start, some good football and still unbeaten. That’s all good. Need to stop conceding from set pieces and some of our subs are baffling. That’s not.

If I’m still repeating the bad points in another 5/6 games I’ll be worried, as it is I’m content to put to put it down to getting used to things.

No not at all, we were terrible today but there was a total of what 7 players out injured? the individual player threads are full of nonsense about each player being crap, which yes they were today but no one player or manager let us down, it wa a collective effort.
However if Richarlison was playing we have a much better chance of braking down a side that held us to one shot on target

TBH, I dont believe in these players rather not believing in this manager. There's some utter tat in there. If we're relying on them to move the ball about cleanly and swiftly to break down a team sat deep like them then forget it, they're incapable.

All three could play in any team from 7th down and do a decent job. You could replace them with strikers from teams below and you wouldn’t notice much difference in our team. All much of a muchness. Unfortunately we were spoiled with a top 4 striker and never replaced him with anyone close. Out of the three I would like to see DCL upfront over a few games, he’s never had the time or the chance. It’s not as if we are gonna miss Tosun’s goals giving him a go.
