Progressive. Young. Wants his team's to attack the other side even away at the bigger sides.

Failing us landing a big name with more guarantee of success then this is he type of coach we need. You can argue we should have picked some other example of that type of coach who wasn't a big name, but they too would be a gamble.

To move ahead we need that type of coach and it will involve patience if it doesn't work right away.

What we definitely don't need is more % football that may possibly in a a freak season get us a cup but in the long run gets us nowhere fast. We have had that for the majority of the last 25yrs and won NADA.

It's not going well right now this month, but let's see at the end of the season.

Im progressive, young (ish) and want to see attacking football doesn't mean im qualified to be manager.

Two

He was a possibility also when employed of doing something the previous coach wouldn't, and it was a gamble that didn't do too and in that first season. Certainly got me excited. Of course it all went wrong and he rightfully got booted out, but he wasn't the guarantee of dull averageness and nothing more that the next coaches were.

The Amex is no easy place by the way only Leicester outside the top 6 have won there, people need to get out of this thinking that we should have 3 points just by turning up. Places like this need the players to perform and the tactis right, none of that happened today and Brighton are a solid side, not mugs. Plus Andone had the game of his life.

If he was 'progressive' he would have binned off the 3-4-3 after 10 minutes and made subs before the predicable 65th and 70th minute.
