Silva is way down the list of blame here.

Some sensibility, Tosun, DCL and Niasse not good enough strikers and had we had a better choice of GK back up we could have given Pickford a few games off to get his head sorted

you watch teams like wolves and leeds and the players know exactly what to do and have a very obv team system..

that obv comes from the manager and his tactics and drills... im not seeing ANYTHING in our team

But he seemingly has no clue how to turn a game round. Sure his options were limited but how could he only make 2 subs when so many of our players were dead on their feet. Poor. Worryingly similar to Watford too when his team went on a big slide at the same time of the season.

Horrible performance. Seeing excuses like individual errors costing us, are they? We created absolutely nothing again. The players are tired? Why aren't the other teams players tired? Is his training methods wrong?

Backed him and not saying he should be sacked but no excuses for this run of form it's not acceptable . And he is to blame

I find it hysterical that it's SIlva that's the problem. Keane scuffs a play, Zouma isn't quick enough, and Pickford whiffs on a save and it's Marco Silva's fault. The players aren't good enough, simple as that. Even at the end, there is literally no PL striker on the team to score. He's being forced to play Kenny at RB because Coleman has fallen off a cliff. He has no other CM that he can rely on, so he has to play Sigurdsson as a central mid, totally out of position. Walcott was terrible today, but Lookman is hurt and he subbed him out for Bernard, who was better, but again, he inhereted Bernard.

The individual quality and decision making is simply not good enough.

Hard to see where we go from here. It feels we are approaching ground zero.

Sacking managers clearly hasn't worked.

This season was all about recovering positivity and momentum and yet here we are in January, in a mess.

The club seems to be in a permanent state of collective hypnosis and passivity, where absolutely nothing that gets tried ever works.

It seems like there is no answer.

My worry is the club will just run out of steam with all of the huffing and puffing to no avail, and just gradually slide towards a relegation fight in the coming seasons, from which we simply won't have the fight to get the better of.

I just don't know what to say anymore.

3 months ago Silva publicly states we have a lot to improve, 3 months later nothing was done to improve.

Phases of play is limited and poor.
Passing getting bad to worst.
Tactically we are just pushing the balls to the wings and play percentage crossing.
Players not sure where to run.
Players not sure where to pass.
Players not acticipating passage of plays and just reactive.
The Defense is so poorly setup and an individual mistake often led to goals.

All these can be drill and improve by the manager. Silva addresses non of that.
